General Questions

We would greatly appreciate it if you communicated instructions directly to the office via email or phone so we can update your file accordingly. We will notify our team members of your recommendation.

We are pet-friendly however we recommend you clean up your pet’s needs before we arrive. If your pets are aggressive or if visitors make them nervous, please secure them prior to our arrival..

Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service.

Cleaning Questions

Yes, at Nice & Clean Services we prefer to work with your own supplies and equipment. However, if you don’t have what we require for a proper cleaning, we supply it. At the moment of your booking, you will be able to select the products needed.

Scheduling Questions

No, you don't have to be there as long as you have a way to let us in when you're not home. All of our cleaners are reliable and friendly but if you feel more comfortable you can stay to see what we do. However, they are on schedule, so make sure you have enough space for them to do their job.

Our cleaning crew cleans homes from Monday to Friday between 8:30AM and 5PM. We provide a timeframe for our cleaning service, and we will make an effort to adhere to your schedule.
