Nice&Clean Terms and Conditions

·       Nice & Clean makes an estimate based on the information the customer provides. In case the estimate is accepted by the customer, Nice & Clean reserves the right to initiate the service and/or modify the amount estimated for any change in the state of dirtiness of the property (which has not been declared by the customer beforehand) or the number and size of the different rooms, furniture, and exteriors with which the estimate was made.

·       A checklist will be provided with a well-defined scope of the service to be performed. In case, the service is accepted, no additional activities will be performed in addition to the checklist sent.

·       We make every effort to be on time and meet the stated cleaning time, but traffic, other customers, and unforeseen circumstances may affect our scheduled arrival time. Therefore, please understand that all appointments are (approximate) arrival times.

·       No service will be provided until payment has been made and confirmed.

·       Nice & Clean does not do gardening and does not have specialized internal and external plant management.

·       We do not clean up bugs, bodily fluids, or extensive grease or fire damage. If our staff does not feel safe in a home or environment, they will leave.

·       Have your home uncluttered and ready to be cleaned. You may incur hourly charges if the cleaning technicians need more time to perform the service.

 

Rescheduling and Cancelation Policy

·       We require notice of at least 48 hours for rescheduling or cancellations.

·       For all company-initiated schedule changes due to holidays or extreme weather conditions, we will make every effort to reschedule as close to the scheduled cleaning date as possible.

·       The reason we do not clean up excessive clutter is that it takes us two to three times longer to complete cleaning when the area is very cluttered, and this can affect the clients we have scheduled after their cleaning.

 

Assigned Cleaner

·       Your assigned cleaner is listed on your account. This person will not be regular. If your assigned cleaner terminates their employment with the company, they will be replaced by another trained cleaner who has been briefed on the details of your home and cleaning services.

·       All items of value that are non-replaceable, one-of-a-kind, sentimental value, collector items trophies, discontinued patterns, family heirlooms, and high-cost crystal-China-ceramic items must be disclosed to Nice & Clean. These items cannot be cleaned due to insurance regulations. Nice & Clean will not be liable for items not disclosed and listed on this estimate. Nice & Clean will not be liable for items broken or damaged due to product wear-and-tear, nor damage to or caused by fixtures that are not properly secured such as pictures, mirrors, window treatments, wall coverings, lack of furniture glides for wood floors, lack of scratch covers on the bottom of furniture decor, cabinet mounted appliances and household accessories. Nice & Clean will not be liable for damage that is not reported within 24 hours of your last cleaning. We will not accept liability for damages directly or indirectly caused by non-standard company products and equipment requested to be used.

·       If the problem has to do with the quality of the service we have provided, we undertake to correct it free of charge and to provide an hour of cleaning at no additional cost to the customer to compensate for the inconvenience caused.

·       If your countertops or furniture are covered in clutter, we will clean around the clutter without moving items, if the clutter leaves nearly no visible countertop space, we will skip this area.
